Shipping Policy

All shipments are free and will be delivered by FedEx within 4-7 delivery days

We ship worldwide on a daily basis. Depending on your location and the value of the item you purchase, your item will be sent via FedEx. Duties & taxes paid to the destination port/country has to be paid by the customer. Please email us at support@sapphirestudioco.com. if you have any questions regarding shipping. Signature is REQUIRED for all deliveries. Customers are responsible for all items after the package has been signed for. All shipments are fully insured from the time your package leaves our premises to the moment you accept it.

In case of a damaged package:

Inform the delivery personnel and take pictures of the packaging in front of the delivery personnel. The delivery personnel will update it as damaged on their system.
Open the packaging and check if the content inside the metal box is damaged. Take pictures of this as well.
Email the pictures to info to relevant courrier company,mentioning the delivery tracking code, CC support@sapphirestudioco.com

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.
